International Business

The world doesn't do business in one language, one culture, or one time zone anymore. The international business major prepares you to thrive in that reality, developing the cross-cultural fluency, strategic thinking, and global perspective that organizations compete for. If you want a career without borders, this is where it starts. A minor in international business is open to all Sellinger students.

Management

Every organization runs on people. The management major prepares you to be the person who understands that and knows how to build trust, lead teams, develop talent, and solve complex problems in ways that make organizations actually work. Built around three pillars 鈥擟onnect, Lead, and Solve, the management major prepares you to add immediate value across consulting, human resources, healthcare, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and beyond. A minor in management conculting is open to all Sellinger students except those majoring in International Business, Management, or Sustainability Management.

Sustainability Management

Business is changing. The organizations that will lead the next decade are the ones that know how to create value for people, planet, and profit simultaneously. Loyola's sustainability management major 鈥� the first of its kind in Maryland 鈥� prepares you to lead at the intersection of business strategy and global responsibility, guided by Jesuit values of ethical leadership. A minor in sustainability management is available to students in all majors.

Explore the Management & Psychology Interdisciplinary Major

Interdisciplinary Management & Psychology

Organizations are human systems. Understanding them requires more than business strategy, it requires behavioral science. This interdisciplinary major combines these two perspectives, preparing you for careers in HR, organizational development, and human capital consulting with a depth of understanding that sets you apart. It's also one of the strongest foundations available for graduate study in I/O Psychology or Organizational Behavior.

Construction Management & Real Estate Development

Communities don't build themselves. The infrastructure, housing, and commercial developments that shape where people live and work require professionals who can think like engineers, lead like managers, and invest like developers. Loyola's interdisciplinary program, with concentrations in Construction Engineering and Real Estate Development, prepares you for exactly that, with courses taught alongside industry professionals from firms like Whiting-Turner, Bozzuto, and Harkins.

Innovation & Entrepreneurship

New ideas don't build themselves. This minor gives you the mindset and tools to spot opportunities others miss, develop solutions that create real value, and bring new ventures to life 鈥� whether you're building something from scratch or changing how things work from the inside. This minor is open to all Sellinger students.
