Quarterly Wellness Newsletter
Summer 2026, Volume 5

Welcome to Summer 2026! June kicks off the summer season - time to soak up the sunshine (don’t forget the sunscreen), recharge, and prioritize your well-being. It’s also a great opportunity to slow down and refocus on what helps us feel our best. In this issue, we’re highlighting ways to support your health, reduce stress, and make this your most impactful and enjoyable summer yet.

WHAT'S NEW?

June Wellness Spotlight: Men's Health Awareness Month

Take time to raise awareness about the importance of preventive care and encouraging men to take charge of their health. Many common health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and certain cancers can often be prevented or better managed through regular preventive check-ups and healthy lifestyle habits. This month serves as a reminder for men to:

  • Schedule routine screenings and annual physicals
  • Stay active and maintain a balanced, nutritious diet
  • Prioritize mental health and seek support when needed

Quick Tip: Small, consistent steps can make a big impact over time. Whether it’s making time for a walk, cooking a healthier meal, or booking a long-overdue appointment, every action counts.
